steak & burrata bites

a simple, quick hosting staple

combining nabela's favorite dishes 

INGREDIENTS

  • one-two 8oz steaks, seasoned to your preference 

  • one container of belgioioso burrata 

  • one french baguette loaf 

  • drizzle of oil for the bread 

  • fresh parsley for garnish 

HOW I MAKE IT:

COOK:  Begin this recipe with your choice of cut steaks cooked and seasoned to your preference. To learn more about how Nabela seasons her steak, click here.

ASSEMBLE:  Carefully cut your french baguette into 1 inch thick slices to make for a perfect sized bite. Drizzle your slices with olive oil before placing in the oven for 7 minutes at 350 degrees. Once the slices of bread are warmed up, place a spoonful of fresh burrata on each. Layer with a tender slice of steak and top with freshly chopped parsley.
